These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Lava Solar Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), First Floor, Lot 12763, Block 16, Gala City, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. 2. Information and estimates only
The content on this website, including the savings calculator, package list, case study and project pages, is general information and an indicative estimate. It is not a quotation, offer or contract.
Estimates are based on Sarawak Energy domestic tariffs, standard assumptions and a standard installation. They use the figures you enter, and your actual system size, price, generation, savings and payback depend on your roof, site, usage and tariff changes. We confirm them after a site survey.
3. Prices, packages and subsidy
- Prices shown are valid as of the date stated on the page, include standard installation and SST, and may change. They are indicative and subject to actual site conditions.
- The NEM subsidy (up to RM12,000) is a government and Sarawak Energy programme, not ours. It is subject to approval, eligibility and availability, and may be limited by quota or end earlier than any date shown. We do not guarantee that you will receive it or the amount.
- Dates and deadlines, including the 31 December 2026 NEM contract deadline, are based on the information we have and may change. Please confirm current terms with us before you decide.
4. NEM and Sarawak Energy
We are an independent solar installer. We are not Sarawak Energy, SESCO or a government body, and we are not endorsed by them. NEM applications, approvals, meter installation and contracts are decided by Sarawak Energy. A system that includes battery storage is not eligible for NEM under the current programme.
5. Quotations and contracts
We are only bound to supply a system once you and we have agreed a written quotation or contract. The written contract, including its price, scope, payment milestones, timelines and warranty terms, overrides anything on this website if they differ.
6. Savings and results
We do not guarantee any particular saving, bill reduction or payback period. Examples, including the before and after bill shown on this website, are real results for one customer and are not a promise that you will get the same result.
7. Warranties
Panel and inverter warranties are given by their manufacturers on their own terms. Where a claim is needed, we help you through the claims process. The warranty terms stated in your contract apply to our workmanship.
8. Using the website
- Use it lawfully and for its intended purpose, which is to find out about and enquire about our services.
- Do not try to disrupt, hack, scrape or overload the website, or submit false or misleading information.
- We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.
9. Contacting us on WhatsApp
Buttons on this website open WhatsApp with a message prepared for you. Messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We will reply during business hours but do not guarantee a response time.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Lava Solar name and logo, text, photographs and videos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or use it commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand names such as Astronergy, GoodWe, WhatsApp and Sarawak Energy belong to their owners.

We link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer
We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its estimates, including loss of savings, profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
